Thomas brought his Madagascan hissing cockroaches in today. We enjoyed observing them in our classroom.

I Planted some sun flower seeds in a pot then we put the soil in the pot and we water them. and we planted some basle and bulbs they are bigger than seeds and we waterd both and we put the soil in both we will watch them grow.

It was lovely to look at some of your research logs today. We enjoyed sharing our beautiful writing and pictures with each other. Look at this super model of ‘The Life Cycle of a Frog’ – well done Zak! Mia has made a great model of a frog. It is on display in our classroom.

Today in Maths we learnt about capacity and helped out Winnie the Witch. Winnie had lost her recipe for ‘Firework Fizz Juice’ and couldn’t remember what to measure liquids in. She asked us to write a new one. Can you tell Winnie what unit of measure she needs to use? Can you write your recipe? …
