Reception class had a fabulous first trip to Smithills Open Farm today. First they went on donkey rides. Then feed the piglets, goats and cows. They had fun in Pets Corner, stroking the rabbits and feeding the baby lambs with bottles. Miss Combe and Mrs Martin were very brave when they held the huge snake. They saw the owls and were allowed to stroke them. Finally they finished the day with a tractor ride to feed the donkeys bread. A great day was had by all!
