Year 3 – Dunscar War Memorial Visit.

On Tuesday afternoon this week Year 3 walked to Dunscar War Memorial. In school we made our very own poppies and wrote our war poems in the middle. When we reached the memorial everyone said their own private prayers before laying our class wreath. We then looked at what information was on the memorial and thought about why it is there.
